I’ve certainly had students who’ve felt they have been treated unfairly in various ways at the test centre.
If this is the case for you, I would encourage you to make a complaint. But do be aware, you must make your complaint within 3 months of the test date.
How to make a complaint?
On the Government website it informs you that you should contact PSI to make a complaint, their contact details are:
Telephone: 0800 015 4245
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
It informs you that you’ll get a response within 10 working days.
